About the Building
First acquired as a double thru lot in 2003, the project was initially designed as an upscale two-building residential complex in Brooklyn´s peaceful Clinton Hill neighborhood.
Recognizing the property´s rare potential for panoramic unobstructed views of the Brooklyn and Manhattan skylines, as well as the generous height allowances in the area, the project was re-strategized as a single 17-story ultra-modern hi-rise.
The results were a magnificent and iconic lone tower featured cited by New York Times photojournalist, Michael Nagle for its spectacular views. Designed by renowned architect Karl Fischer, the project features a cosmopolitan-style theme with exposed concrete columns and open-plan layouts. Through the wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling windows, abundant natural light pours in by day, while the neon lights of NYC landmarks like the Empire State Building and the Brooklyn Bridge set the mood at night.
